The impossible is often possible. It’s all about thinking in terms of the big picture, solutions and potential instead of constraints – and at Pack Plast we are ready to put in the same level of effort as you.
Pack Plast was founded in 1987, with its roots in local company Joni Emballage A/S (now RPC Superfos). As such, the company was one of the founders of the cluster of businesses specialising in plastic that have grown up in the area over the last 30 years.
It all started with plastic packaging for lamps, and has since developed to the point where Pack Plast is a highly specialised company within customised items for the food industry formed using vacuum and compressed air. Working closely with other specialists within the industry, mechanical engineers etc. makes us into a strong partner for complete solutions.
Owner Peter Lund has run Pack Plast according to well-defined principles since taking over the business at the age of 25 in 1991, with his father as co-owner (retired in 2002).
Those principles include a policy of constant development – new products, customers, employees and the business itself.
What that means in reality is daring to allow a high degree of involvement right at the idea stage. Peter has always been close to the customers, preferably at the level of optimising and improving the overall solution. This approach has paved the way for strong partnerships and loyal relationships.
A business culture applied in Pack Plast in the form of tight focus on quality at all levels, a healthy working environment, employee care and investment in new technology and automation.
Over the years, this has reaped rewards including for consistent growth in the form of Børsen’s Gazelle Award in 1998, 1999 and 2014.
