A healthy working environment is created by skilled, positive people. That’s why we care for our employees and make the effort to ensure that everyone feels at home. The best in modern aids are fitted in the production area, including vacuum lifts; we focus heavily on ergonomic working position and everyone takes part in our daily exercise session during their break. Job rotation means a reduction in unnecessary strain on our employees and boosts product quality.

Our company excursions (arranged by the employees themselves every other year), popular Christmas party and paid breaks every day are well appreciated.

Our technicians are trained in-house. The main criterion is a broad-based technical background such as car mechanic, service engineer or the like.

The job covers all the technical aspects found in the business, from servicing our machines, total overhaul of production machinery to troubleshooting CPU control systems.

The training period is 1 – 2 years for the basic element and 3 – 5 years for full training.

Packaging operators

Packaging operators pack the finished goods, run quality control and raw material checks, start up the entire production apparatus, some fault-finding, fork lift operation, loading trucks, cleaning and much more. Your background is not as important as your ability to be a good team player.

The position covers a number of functions, and requires the ability to work with others, as all our packaging operators plan and allocate their daily work.

Pack Plast has 15 employees working in two shifts, of whom two are technicians.
