Sausage packaging by the pallet<\/h1>\n

They are particularly well-known for sliced meats, pastes and sausages in a variety of flavours.<\/p>\n

Norway’s best sausage comes from Finsbr\u00e5ten \u2013 and they have the awards to prove it.<\/p>\n

That does not mean that they rest on their laurels. In fact, they maintain sharp focus on developing the concept, which is why they contacted Pack Plast. They wanted our help in developing special packaging for sausages.<\/p>\n

They wanted to create a unique product in which quality and design were the most important.

During the first few months, the criteria for the new tray were defined:<\/h1>\n

Once we had arrived at the right design, we could start to think about functionality during production. The next step was to consider the construction again to adapt it to the automatic equipment at the factory in Eidsvoll, in northern Norway.<\/p>\n

A complete 3D draft enabled Finsbr\u00e5tens marketing department to commission tooling for pilot production.<\/p>\n

Functionality, quality and the material could now be tested before the final production tools were commissioned.
